We understand the importance of blood pressure monitoring, so we designed the MEDVICE Aneroid Sphygmomanometer to ensure a simple, convenient, and comfortable experience. Here's how to use it:

1. Wrap the cuff around your upper left arm, ensuring it is directly touching the skin. Check the tightness by putting two fingertips underneath.
2. Place the diaphragm (wide head) of the stethoscope (not included) flat on the skin of your left arm, with the edge beneath the cuff and positioned over the brachial artery. Position the pressure gauge where it is visible and easy to read.
3. Inflate the cuff by squeezing the inflation bulb rapidly until no pulse sound comes through the stethoscope, then stop pumping when the gauge reads 30-40 mmHg above your normal blood pressure. Slowly release the air by twisting the screw counterclockwise.
4. Note the readings on the pressure gauge when you first hear your heartbeat (systolic pressure) and when the sound disappears (diastolic pressure).
